A few weeks ago my favorite chocolate disappeared from the supermarket shelves (and all the websites I checked). Gone. After much wailing and gnashing of my teeth I have replaced it, but it’s not the same.
But it’s not just vanishing chocolate we have to content with in Australia. We also have to live with geographic restrictions. There’s been many times where I’ve tried to buy an ebook only to be foiled by ‘not available in your country’
We also have the same problem with TV shows, usually we get them months later…or not at all. I see the tweets, and I know all about Grimm and Arrow and Once Upon a Time season 2. I can’t even go around the problem and buy the DVDs as they aren’t available in the Australian region. Sigh
But I do have some good news. While I cross my fingers and hope Green and Blacks Maya Gold comes back on the shelves and it hasn’t gone forever, I will be able to finally watch the afore mentioned TV shows as they are finally coming to Oz. Yay!
Fortunately my newsletter is available to anyone who signs up and the December edition will include a free story You can join here: http://eepurl.com/lySiD
