Heidi Moore

After getting her BA in English language and literature and her teaching diploma, Heidi Moore spent 5 years as a high school English teacher and freelance writer working on literature-based course books. With an eclectic and voracious appetite for books that didn’t match her budget or the amount of shelf space left in her house, Heidi found e-publishing to be the solution to many of the issues curtailing her “habit”.

Heidi joined Samhain publishing in the summer of 2007 and since then has enjoyed working with a fantastic group of talented authors on books in almost every genre. Heidi is always on the lookout for a book that grabs her attention—whether it be with a dark and angsty tone, a unique sense of humor, red-hot sex scenes or simply a book that has that special “something” to it. And she’ll always have a place in her heart for a tortured hero.
