For quite some time now I’ve noticed a rather bewildering trend. More and more people are talking about zombies. At first I didn’t pay much attention, thinking it was an anomaly, but as the months passed I began to realize, much to my complete mystification, that if anything the interest in zombies was growing. I mean really, what on earth is the appeal of half-rotted corpses groaning and shuffling around wanting to eat your brains? Hell if I know.
And then I saw the movie trailer for Warm Bodies, and a really strange thing happened—I couldn’t stop watching it. It captured my attention, fired my curiosity, and wonder of wonders, actually made me laugh.
