Desiree Holt is like the Nora Roberts of erotic romance. With more than 200 novels and/or novellas to her name, Desiree cranks out the sexy tomes at a steady pace. Did I mention she’s a grandma? Not that there’s anything wrong with that. But, hey, some grandmas serve up hot homemade cookies, while Desiree serves up hot sex scenes. (She probably does the cookies, too.) Desiree joins us today to talk about BDSM, her stint making Bill Geist blush on CBS Sunday Morning and her multiple upcoming eroticas, including today’s new Buck Naked (April 30).

Joyce: You were recently featured on CBS Sunday Morning in a segment about erotic romance. What was that like?

Desiree: A lot of fun. I really, really enjoyed it. Bill Geist is a hoot. He kept trying to reconcile “grandma” with “hot sex.” And the producer was wonderful, capturing a lot of what I wanted to say. Of course, it was very exciting having them in my home and I kept pinching myself when they weren’t looking! But they were very respectful at all times. Read more…
